Our Story
Nepal has always had a thriving culture of small business ownership — from neighborhood grocery shops and khaja ghars to restaurants, salons, and commercial spaces. But for years, buying or selling an existing business meant relying on word of mouth, informal social media posts, or scattered local connections, with little way to verify listings or compare options across the country.
Smart Bikri was built to change that — giving buyers and sellers a dedicated, organized platform built specifically for business transactions, rather than a general classifieds site or a collection of Facebook posts.
Where We Are Today
Smart Bikri now hosts over 65 business listings across categories including grocery shops, restaurants, khaja ghars, salons, pharmacies, commercial spaces, and agriculture businesses — with new listings added regularly by sellers across Nepal.

Smart Bikri is a platform that connects buyers and sellers — we are not a party to any transaction, and we do not own, broker, or guarantee any business listed on the Site. We encourage every user to independently verify financial details, licenses, and ownership before entering into any agreement, and to exercise the same care they would with any significant financial decision.
Meet the Founder
I'm Ashish Regmi, the founder of Smart Bikri. I've spent time building platforms connecting people across Nepal — from property listings to now business marketplaces — because I kept seeing the same gap: buying or selling something significant in Nepal often meant relying on word of mouth or scattered social media posts, with no organized, trustworthy place to actually compare options. Smart Bikri was built to fix that specifically for business owners and buyers.
I also run Business Kharid Bikri, a community page focused on the same mission of helping Nepal's business owners buy and sell with confidence.
